Refunds will be provided for transactions that fail due to technical reasons, such as a network outage. However, refunds will not be provided for transactions that are unsuccessful due to incorrect information provided by the user.

By using our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself and the recipient of the recharge or money transfer. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine that the information provided is inaccurate or incomplete.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your use of our services.
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the service is being offered.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services at any time without notice for any reason.
Both parties are entitled to terminate this Agreement, at its option by giving a Notice of not less than ninety (90) days in writing to the other, such period being reckoned from the date of receipt of the notice by the Party concerned. Under this process, clients can email us giving us a reason for agreement cancellation at onexinvest@gmail.com further and the final decision will be taken by higher authorities.
The final decision on Agreement cancellation will be totally on OnexInvest Team.
The Refund will be processed a minimum of ninety (90) days from the date of receipt of the notice
